1 week to go to the Big Car Give-away!
From all at Greenstone Shopping Centre, we offer heartfelt congratulations to the 10 Finalists in our recent Car Competition! They are : Mr Santo Benigno, Mrs Kathleen Davies, Mrs Deborah Maniram, Miss Prinisha Govender, Mrs Zubeida Cole, Mrs Juliet Lehutjo, Mr Fernando Pinto, Mrs Zarina Seedat, Mrs Julie-Anne Crossy and Mr Walter Selbo.
As per the competition rules, their names were drawn after the 10th December closing date and have been invited to take part in the Exciting Car Give-away on Monday, 17 December at 2pm. They each will get a chance to pick one of ten keys and whichever one opens that car will be the lucky winner of the snazzy Hyundai Accent 1.6 GLS Hatch on the day. We thank all our shoppers for their big support and interest in this competition. Over 30 000 entries were received for this competition.
Popular singer-songwriter duo, Platoon, will be on hand on Monday 17 December to entertain the crowds just before Greenstone Shopping Centre gives away a Hyundai Accent to a lucky Christmas shopper.
Platoon, who last year beat out music greats such as Goldfish and Coda to take the coveted Top Billing Momentum Lifestyle Music Award, will perform a selection of songs from their debut album, to be released next year. The album falls into the contemporary Afro-Pop genre, and their performance will take place at the Centre Court from 12 to 1, with the draw directly after.
To win, all shoppers need to do is spend R200 or more at any Greenstone store, fill out an entry form available at the info desks, and voila! – wait for the phone to ring… Entrants need not be present at the draw, but with Platoon on hand to entertain them, says Phili Mtsali, marketing manager for the centre, why would shoppers not want to put in an appearance, listen to some great music – and then drive away with a new car?
