They are accepted at all Greenstone stores with Mastercard debit or credit card facilities and are valid for a year from date of issue. You can load amounts up to R2 500 on them.
For your convenience, you can call our 24Hour Helpdesk at Tutuka on - 0861 114 093 - for assistance with any gift card related queries. For balance checks on your gift card - you can also SMS your card number to 34246 and a reply will be sent to you instantly.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit/credit cards at our Info Kiosk. Should you wish to do an electronic transfer to pay for your gift card order or place a corporate order for your company, please call the Marketing Department on TEL : 011 524 0445 during office hours.
